:  This virtual session summarizes key child and youth development research.  In order to work effectively with youth, library staff needs a basic understanding of how youth develop, their needs and their assets.  The session will focuses on how to create programs that are appropriate for youth you work with. Longer session time allows for question and answer session. 

Attendees are expected to interact in the session, meeting will be open 30 min before session start for equipment test.
